Wholesale Terms & Conditions

 New Accounts

  The minimum opening order for a new account is $300 wholesale.
  A completed Kerusso New Account Application is required to establish an account.


  Ordering

  Orders can be placed through your wholesale website account.
  Orders can also be placed through an authorized Sales Representative.
  Call 870-423-6242, Monday through Friday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM Central to speak with your Kerusso Account Representative.

 

Payment

  U.S. Customers

 

  •   Kerusso accepts ACH/EFT, Cashier’s Check, Money Order, Company Check, Visa, Discover, or MasterCard; however, Terms need to be established to pay with Company Check, and Credit Cards may not be used as a form of payment for invoices on which terms were extended within the U.S.
  •   Terms are available with approved credit. A Kerusso Credit Application must be completed, submitted, and approved before a credit limit is set and terms are established.

  Canada Customers

  International Customers

  •   Wire transfers are required for customers outside of the U.S. and Canada. Kerusso is not responsible for wire transfer fees; these fees are to be included in the total, along with shipping costs.

 

Shipping

  Shipping is out of Berryville, Arkansas, USA, using the most cost-effective carrier, unless otherwise stated.
Free freight shipments will ship with our preferred carrier and shipping method to the continental U.S. only.
  Backorders will ship via the most cost-effective method.
Orders that require rush processing or special handling may be subject to a handling fee plus any expedited shipping charges; please
contact your Account Representative.
  Requested ship dates are not guaranteed.

 

Customer Service

Kerusso warrants that its genuine products, purchased directly from Kerusso, will be free from manufacturing defects.
Shortages, defective, or wrong merchandise must be reported to Customer Service within 30 days of receipt.
Kerusso is not responsible for merchandise lost or damaged in transit or after delivery.
Damaged goods or shortages in transit should be reported immediately to the delivering carrier. Retain cartons and product until claim is
resolved.
Reference Kerusso’s Return Policy, unauthorized returns will be returned to the customer with the freight being the customer’s
responsibility.

 

Terms & Conditions are subject to change
Approval for terms is at Kerusso’s sole and unilateral discretion. Terms are subject to change at any time. Free freight offers are valid for standard ground shipping to locations within the continental U.S.; require a minimum order of $300 unless otherwise stated; and exclude displays except where noted. Minimum purchase amount is calculated on a single order after any discounts are applied and exclude taxes, fees, and shipping charges. Standard international shipping rates apply.
