Product Exchange Program

For accounts on the Exchange program and in good standing, T-Shirts & Headwear in the most current Kerusso catalogs, excluding licensed, promotional, and seasonal/long-sleeve apparel, can be exchanged. Contact your Sales Rep for details.

To submit exchange requests, please complete the Exchange Request Form shared here.

  1. Email or Fax Exchange Request Form to request a Return Authorization #.
  2. The Kerusso Returns Dept. is only able to accept packages that are clearly labeled on the outside of the box with a Return Auth #.
  3. Customer signature is required on all return paperwork for approval and denial of product.
  4. Signed paperwork must be included In the return box with merchandise.
  5. Please do not send back any unauthorized product. Unauthorized merchandise will not be credited, nor returned.
  6. To avoid Restock Fees, ensure garments are returned in sellable condition and that grace & truth and Kerusso Active are on original hangers.
  7. We reserve the right to deny for damaged garments due to misuse, abuse, alteration or excessive wear.
