Product Exchange Program
For accounts on the Exchange program and in good standing, T-Shirts & Headwear in the most current Kerusso catalogs, excluding licensed, promotional, and seasonal/long-sleeve apparel, can be exchanged. Contact your Sales Rep for details.
To submit exchange requests, please complete the Exchange Request Form shared here.
- Email or Fax Exchange Request Form to request a Return Authorization #.
- The Kerusso Returns Dept. is only able to accept packages that are clearly labeled on the outside of the box with a Return Auth #.
- Customer signature is required on all return paperwork for approval and denial of product.
- Signed paperwork must be included In the return box with merchandise.
- Please do not send back any unauthorized product. Unauthorized merchandise will not be credited, nor returned.
- To avoid Restock Fees, ensure garments are returned in sellable condition and that grace & truth and Kerusso Active are on original hangers.
- We reserve the right to deny for damaged garments due to misuse, abuse, alteration or excessive wear.
