  • Over 50 percent of marketers who have implemented social media marketing tactics for two years have reported improved sales.
  • More than one in three Internet users say they go to social networks when looking for more information about a brand or product.

10 Easy Facebook Posts Your Customers Will Love

  1. Post about local events happening this week/month.
  2. Share fun info about little-known holidays. #GoogleIt
  3. Share style suggestions for apparel + accessories you sell.
  4. Post favorite recipes from your staff.
  5. Share the story of your business in a post.
  6. Celebrate staff birthdays + anniversaries.
  7. Announce new inventory or product lines.
  8. Post #InsiderInfo about new markdowns or upcoming sales.
  9. Post memes that appeal to your target audience.
  10. Post a casual video demonstrating a product or product line.

Social media is all about customer engagement; build a relationship with current + potential customers, and your sales will grow.

So how often should you publish new posts? Post as often as 2-3 times per day, and at least a few times each week. A good rule of thumb: aim for of your posts to be content-based, no more than should be product based.
